"Enuff Znuff is one of the best and most original rock bands to come on the scene in a long long time".......Howard Stern
"Their debut is a classic"........Paul Stanley of KISS
"All you need is rock n roll"......David Letterman of the Lateshow
My first Enuff Znuff concert experience, was in the Summer of 1991 in Toronto, when Enuff Znuff played at Canada's Wonderland, opening for NELSON. I was just blown away by their performance. The next day, I picked up their first two CD's , which at that time, were the first album and Strength.
Later on, I got my friend, Daryl back in my hometown of Winnipeg, Canada, hooked on the band!!!! (Daryl, did see the band in Chicago back in 1995....see his website for photos!!!)
It was on November 30th, 1997 that I saw the band once again (since 1991), during the time I was living in Victoria BC, Canada. The guys played at Studabakers in Burnaby BC, Canada (a subhurb of Vancouver BC). So I hopped the BC ferry boat over to Vancouver, checked into my motel and headed early to the club to catch up with the band. I had the opportunity to meet all the guys, watched their sound check, and even went out for supper with Chip and Ricky, when they were looking for a place to go to eat. After the gig I was hanging out with them on their tour bus along with a few other fans, and someone from the UBC radio station did an interview with Chip and Donnie.
On October 28th,1998, I visited Chicago for the first time. I talked to Michelle Dimos (from EZN Express) for the first time on the phone, and was informed that Chip and Donnie were playing at Dennis Rodman's Illusions, jamming with a local band called 3 Dudes and a Dead Girl. I hooked up once again with the guys, and got pictures taken.
On November 25th, I saw the band play at the US beer Company in downtown Chicago. Once again I hooked up with all the guys, including Ricky who was amazed to meet up with me again.
